Warrick County has approved a plan to enable some voters outside the county to cast their ballots.
The measure affects people such as patients in out-of county-hospitals.
The board also approved using 16 and 17-year olds as volunteer help.
Andrew Skinner of the Warrick County Election Board says this is the first election in a long time that has prompted younger people to volunteer to help.
