Kyle Schneider is appealing his murder conviction.
Schneider was found guilty of murdering 23-year-old Chloie Lubbehusen in January 2019.
He was sentenced to 91 years for the murder and two associated felony charges.
Schneider is questioning whether the trial court in Dubois County abused its discretion in entering and excluding evidence, and in its instructions to to the jury.
