All those leaves you’re promising yourself to rake up can be picked up with your regular trash if you pay for your trash pick-up on your water bill.
That starts next week.
Leaves have to be in biodegradable paper bags or containers and placed in organized piles on the same day your trash is collected.
The service begins October 26.
