The man accused of causing the death of three people in a crash on Highway 41 made his first court appearance yesterday (Thurs).
42-year-old Damon Busby of Henderson is facing charges of reckless homicide.
His lawyer asked for a bail reduction from 10-thousand to five-thousand dollars.
A ruling is expected on that motion within the next week.
Police say Busby’s truck slammed into an SUV at 41 and Covert Avenue, killing Crystal Lawrence of Evansville and her two children.
Blood tests are still pending
