The Cave In Rock Ferry is open again.
A mechanical issue put the ferry out of service during the morning rush hour.
It took about two hours to repair.
Operators say a water pump failed on the boat’s engine and had to be replaced.
The ferry provides a 15 to 20 minute ride between KY 91 and Illinois Rte 1.
