Every known document pertaining to Abraham Lincoln from birth to the end of his term in Congress has now been published online.
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum handled the task.
The documents include his marriage license with Mary Todd, and the first use of the “house divided” phrase which would figure prominently in one of his more famous speeches.
The 16th president of the United States was born in Kentucky and raised in Indiana.
