Posey County Sheriff’s detectives receive a complaint from Child Protective Services last July and interview the alleged victim at Holly’s House.
The victim said she was at a family friend’s home when 67 year old Delbert Wayne McKinney touched her in a sexual manner.
McKenny is currently on parole and a lifetime registered sex offender with a conviction for child molesting two years ago.
He was interviewed by Posey County detective Kyle Reidford and then arrested on child molestation and other charges.
