As of yesterday,(Tues) Kentucky bars and restaurants have to stop serving at 10pm and must close by 11.
That’s a mandate by Governor Andy Beshear, and it’s now in effect.
The Henderson Chamber of Commerce is working on ways to help these businesses during these times.
Officials with the Henderson Tourist Commission say government mandates such as this take a heavy hit on the bottom lines of those businesses.
