Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear says he sees no point in delaying school openings for two weeks, and then doing it again for two more weeks, et-cetera.
Instead, Governor Beshear suggests that schools delay their opening for in-person instruction to September 28, with hopes that by then,
Kentucky’s positivity to the corona virus will have dipped below four percent.
The positivity rate at the moment is just over five percent.
