The University of Southern Indiana has canceled spring 2020′s commencement ceremonies due to the continued threat of the Corona Virus.
USI president Dr. Ronald Rochon says it was a decision he didn’t want to have to make.
He said school leaders explored all available options for keeping the commencement exercises in place but none could be found that would keep everyone safe.
Spring 2020 commencement ceremonies were originally postponed to August 14-16 due to the Corona Virus pandemic.
