For nearly twenty years, Jehovah’s Witnesses have held their annual convention in downtown Evansville.
They’re not coming this year.
Instead their convention entitled “Always Rejoice” is being held online.
The convention was originally scheduled for two June weekends at the Ford Center.
Typically, about 10-thousand people attend the convention.
The in-person convention was canceled, of course, because of the corona virus.
The virtual convention will begin tomorrow.
