Evansville police answer a shots fired call Saturday morning in the 1000 block of East Chandler.
There, witnesses tell them they saw a suspect shoot a victim and escape in a blue mini-van.
Moments later, police get a call about a traffic accident around 1100 Bellemede, involving a blue mini-van.
Arriving officers quickly determined that this was the blue mini-van used in the earlier shooting.
Meanwhile, police arriving on Chandler searched a residence and found a second victim.
Both were deceased. The victims have been identified as 53 year old Bobbie Rice, and 23 year old Whitney Allen.
Authorities say Bobbie Rice and Siddigga Allen argued, which intensified after shots were fired.
Allen was arrested after she wrecked the blue mini-van, and is lodged in the Vanderburgh County jail with no bond, charged with two counts of murder.
