Today is Primary Election Day in Kentucky, and for in-person voters, it’s going to be a different experience.
Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, counties will be limiting — in come cases severely limiting — the number of polling places available for vote casting.
There are roughly 200 polling centers among Kentucky’s 120 counties.
Election officials have encouraged voters to take advantage of mail-in balloting.
More than 880,000-thousand absentee ballots have been mailed out.
