The woman who sent out absentee ballot applications with the Democratic Party box already checked will face criminal charges.
Janet Reed will face a charge of providing an unauthorized absentee ballot, a Level Six felony.
Prosecutors say Reed sent out the applications, and continues to do so after being told to stop.
Officials rejected about 300 such ballot applications.
Reed was booked into jail, and has since been released on $250 bond.
She’ll appear in court June 17.
Election officials say Reed is not affiliated with the election office
