Trick or Treat Mayhem
Since we live on a dead-end street with only 7 houses on it, we don't get that many trick-or-treaters for Halloween. So this year, I decided to go and hang out at my mom and dad's house and help give out candy.

In their neighborhood, trick-or-treating begins about 2 p.m. and supposedly ends at 6 p.m. Well, promptly at 2, the kids turned out in droves! I think we had well over 150 kids and their families stopping by. By the time I arrived, the candy was getting a bit picked over, so I was quickly dispatched to CVS to pick up some replacements.
It's been a long time since I've had that many kids come by the house; it was so much fun to see all of the little goblins, ghouls and yes.....little Peyton Mannings! My favorite costume of the day was the father/daughter puppet combo. He was the puppeteer and his daughter the marionette on the strings! SHE got extra candy!
Happy Halloween.....I'm already thinking about next year's costume!
